As a national company, JATRA has created and developed tools, placing an emphasis on domestic production, showcasing pride in the capabilities of the nation's competent workforce. JATRA has demonstrated its ability to compete globally with international products. The company has undertaken projects that support national infrastructure, particularly in the installation or erection of road and bridge girders, employing various methods such as Launchers, Gantries, Cremonas, Formwork, Travelers, and Cranes.
Launchers are used to lift (erection) material (girders) from one place to another. The launcher is used on planned roads/bridges that are on active level crossings, special crossings, and parallel to existing roads. The active level crossings in question include overpasses, underpasses, railway crossings, etc.
Gantry is used to lift (erection) material (girders) from one place to another. Gantries are used on planned roads/bridges that are parallel to existing roads and have terrain that tends to be flat. Gantry is more optimally implemented on active roads such as highways. The Gantry consists of two Gantry portal units.
Cremona is used to lift (erection) material (girders) from one place to another. Cremona is used on planned roads/bridges that are on active level crossings & special crossings. The active level crossings in question include overpasses, underpasses, railway crossings, etc. Special crossings such as rivers, streams, slopes, etc.
Scaffolding is used to lift (erection) material (girders) from one place to another. Scaffolding can be used on planned roads/bridges that are located at special crossings such as rivers, streams, slopes, etc. The material transfer process is by means of the material being braced and launched over the scaffold frame by two trolley units. Material can be placed behind the planned bridge area.
Travelers are used to lift (erection) light materials (full slabs) from one place to another. The Traveler can be used on planned roads/bridges that are located at special crossings such as swamps, rivers, gentle slopes & parallel to existing roads such as elevated flyovers with small and typical stretches. The process of moving material, namely by means of material being linked and lifted by the traveler frame by two hoist units.
Cranes are used to lift (erection) material (girders) from one place to another. Cranes can be used on various terrains, except in special level crossing areas such as rivers, railway tracks and roads that have extreme elevation differences. The process of moving material, namely by lifting and swinging the material by the boom to the desired position. Material can be placed around the planned bridge area.
